About Me

I'm Fred Tschepp, a freelance filmmaker with a particular focus on 2D animation. I've been creating worlds and populating them with stories since I was a child. I am very lucky to still be doing so today. I've made music videos, product launches, documentaries, explainers, branded content, company showreels, and many short films. I've taught countless courses with the BFI and the Prince's Trust. I've taken a lot of photos, generated a lot of fractals, drawn a lot of pictures, and written some short stories. I also have two degrees in film and TV, neither of which taught me how to make film or TV.
